Have you taken the time to understand how your customers are using your product? Are you rushing to deliver on a set of features in a tight timeline, only to move on to the next list after the release has come and gone? Are you left wondering if you’re working on the right things? Have customers gained value from what you built?
Come to the Advancing Women In Product (AWIP) and Workday co-hosted session and table talk to find out how Workday PM peers are tackling this and share best practices. We will have two experienced product managers from Workday, who are successfully using data to drive adoption of their products and form cross-functional partnerships within the organization. Come network with your fellow PMs, and gain the insights, tricks, and tips to leverage data to drive adoption!
As Vice President of Analytics Strategy & Product Management, Denise Hemke focuses on analytics across Workday including both core reporting capabilities and Prism Analytics. Denise has been building enterprise products for the last 18 years in a variety of different industries.
Most recently, she came to Workday via the Platfora acquisition where she was building an end-to-end BI platform that enabled self-service access for business analysts at petabyte scale data. Prior to that, Denise was in Development at Salesforce, HSBC, and AT&T. Denise is also a mother to a toddler so outside of work, she spends a lot of time engaged in imaginative play and dancing in her living room!
Shannon manages a team of amazing product managers at Workday focused on workforce analytics, core reporting capabilities and delivering a new augmented analytics product this fall, called Workday People Analytics. Shannon is passionate about customers, data, and enabling customers to make business decisions based on their data in Workday. Shannon started her career at Workday five years ago in her first product management role, without knowing what a product manager even was! Prior to her time at Workday, Shannon was an analytics consultant in the Washington, D.C. area. Outside of work, you can find Shannon teaching spin class in San Francisco or at the Marina Green with her dog, Brady.
Manogna Bhargav is a Senior Product Manager at Workday. Her PM role has a special emphasis on Outbound Product Management functions for Workday’s Analytics product portfolio. She focuses on strategic customer engagement by working closely with customers to evangelize the product and identify customer pain points and patterns and is also the go-to for stakeholder enablement of Go-to-market teams such as Sales, Consulting, Marketing, Support and Education. Manogna spearheads product adoption initiatives to track and enhance customer adoption of Analytics features and has developed and executed projects that increased adoption of key features by over 25% in a little over a calendar quarter. Manogna is a mother of two boys, a trained classical dancer and a self-professed Jeopardy! addict.
