This is perfect for Mid-Senior Product Managers and Engineers who are committed to high growth leadership.
ABOUT THIS EVENT
TAKING A LEAP OF FAITH: FINDING YOUR UNICORN AND PATH TO LEADERSHIP IS WHAT OUR PANEL IS ALL ABOUT THIS EVENING.
WHY: A high growth environment is exciting, rewarding, and challenging. When you identify an opportunity that exhilarates you outside of the typical enterprise, you ask yourself, is it worth it? You want high growth in your current role, but you have uncertainty on how to get there inside the perimeters of a large company. You’ve had the same title for several years at different companies, and you are looking for growth. AWIP and Outreach are showcasing how you can achieve those goals!
HOW: We have a panel of experienced leaders who have thrived in a variety of high growth environments and who understand the challenges with leveling diversity in management roles. They are eager to share their experience, insights, and lessons learned as they have grown themselves into impactful leaders and taking their leap of faith in the start-up community.
WHAT: Advancing Women in Product (AWIP) and Outreach have partnered to create an evening of direct and meaningful conversation followed by smaller group discussions. Following a panel discussion of executives sharing their journey and answering audience questions, we will have an opportunity in small groups to apply what you’ve learned. Our community is about individual growth and shared learning, so we encourage small groups to submit their work for evaluation by our panel. Most important to us is that you come away with new or improved tools that you can immediately apply and achieve results — networking before and directly following the event. If you want to become a member of AWIP, please click here to sign up.
