Eva Chen

CEO & Co-Founder, TrendMicro

Since its inception in 1988, Eva Chen has spearheaded Trend Micro’s emergence as
one of the world’s most innovative cybersecurity companies.
Before becoming CEO, Eva served as executive vice president from 1988-1996 and
CTO from 1996-2004. Under her direction, Trend Micro has produced a chronology
of industry firsts, from unique products to security management approaches. As a
result of her innovative leadership, she was appointed CEO in late 2004.
Of her many accolades and accomplishments, a few of the most prominent:

  • Named one of the Top 100 Women in Cybersecurity for 2020, 2020
  • Name one of CRN’s Top 100 Executives list for 2020,
  • Named one of the Top 10 High-flying Women in Technology by V3 Magazine, 2012
  • Named one of Forbes Asia's 50 Power Businesswomen, 2012
  • Received Cloud Security Alliance Industry Leadership Award, 2012
  • Named one of the top 100 most influential executives in the industry by CRN, 2009
  • Named one of the 50 most powerful people in networking, Network World, 2004
  • Named one of the top five "Women of Vision", Information Security, 2003
  • Received the Lifetime Achievement Award, Secure Computing, 2001

Eva holds a master's degree in business administration as well as a master's degree
in management information systems from the University of Texas. She earned a
degree in philosophy from Chen Chi University in Taipei.

GINA ROMERO

CEO & Co-Founder, Connected Women

Gina is the co-founder and CEO of Connected Women, a social impact tech startup that matches talented Filipino women with meaningful remote work opportunities. She’s an unconventional entrepreneur, community builder, and technology advocate.

She was a founding member of The Athena Network (UK) women’s business network in 2005 and went on to be the Operations Director in 2008.In 2011, after relocating to Singapore with her family, Gina launched The Athena Network Singapore. As part of her mission to better equip women entrepreneurs and professionals with the technology skills to scale their businesses and careers, Gina launched Connected Women (Singapore) in 2013 and the Connected Women Magazine in 2014. In 2016 she set her heart on helping Filipino women and moved to the Philippines. In 2017 she co-founded Connected Women Jobs, a social impact tech startup that matches talented Filipino women with meaningful remote work opportunities.

In October 2020, Gina was awarded as a Finalist of the prestigious “Asia CEO Awards’ in the Shero of the Year category.

TANIA AIDRUS

Former - CDO, Digital Pakistan

Tania Aidrus is Leading #DigitalPakistan. She is an experienced technology and business leader excited about helping growth economies make the move from cash to digital 

Prior to her current role, she was a Director of Product Management for the Next Billion Users (NBU) and Payments effort at Google. She is responsible for digitizing payments in emerging markets particularly countries that are looking to take the leap from cash to digital. Before this, Tania was a leader in the Global Business Organization at Google in the US and then in Singapore where she was the Country Manager for South Asia Frontier Markets (Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka) at Google focused on expanding the Internet ecosystem, increasing product adoption amongst consumers and businesses and accelerating innovation.

Prior to Google, Tania co-founded a mobile health diagnosis company called ClickDiagnostics, focused on connecting rural patients in emerging markets to doctors globally. She also spent a portion of her career consulting for Fortune 500 companies at Booz Allen Hamilton.

Dr. Zsuzsanna Tungli

Managing Partner, Developing Global Leaders Asia

Zsuzsanna Tungli is the Managing Partner at Developing Global Leaders Asia. An expert in modern global leadership, holding an M.Sc., MBA and a Ph.D. in international business. Her work over the past 30 years has spanned Asia, US, and Europe, in consulting as well as executive education, including the Global Business School, INSEAD, IMD, National University of Singapore and Singapore Management University in the APAC region. Zsuzsanna is a regular speaker and facilitator at international conferences and company events. She recently published her book on global leadership: The Culture Key between Asia and the West and is currently working on The Roadmap to Gender Equality in Organisations (forthcoming in 2021).

Shivapriya Sivaraman

Director Big Data Platform Engineering for the Enterprise data platforms, PayPal

Shivapriya Sivaraman is an extremely passionate women technologist who is a Director in Big Data Platform Engineering for the Enterprise data platforms in PayPal. She has over 19 years of Industry experience and have led diverse functions spanning product and platform development, quality assurance, site reliability, service operations and program management. She also heads the PayPal Unity affinity group Chennai Chapter whose vision is to empower women to thrive at PayPal.

Vincent Chan

Director of Product Management at GOGOX (formerly GOGOVAN)

Vincent is the Director of Product Management at GOGOX (formerly GOGOVAN). He leads the product team, overseeing product management, product design and QA. He is also the mastermind behind different product strategies, process, roadmaps, and developments. After joining GOGOX, Vincent has successfully streamlined the development processes and nurtured an outcome-driven product culture to help the company keep pace with the rapid growth of the logistics market. Vincent has over 10 years of experience in leading product and design developments. Prior to joining GOGOX, he was the Head of Product at OneSky, a localization management platform. He also founded a tech startup boasting an award-winning product, ResumeTracker, named one of Top 50 Web Apps in Asia. Vincent graduated from UCLA majoring in Economics.

Yagnaraman, Human Factors Specialist and a passionate User Advocate. Yagna set up unthink.xyz as a consulting practice where he mentors product owners and plays an advisory role for go to market strategies where he combines his HumanFactors practice with marketing skills from his early career.

Savitha Ajitraj

Product Management Professional at PayPal & AWIT India Chennai Chapter Lead

Savitha has over 12 years of experience in Product Management in multiple domains including online marketplaces, digital payments, trust and eCommerce She is driving simplification of customer KYC experiences for Global PayPal Onboarding team at PayPal. 

She leads the AWIT (Advancing Women in Tech) Chennai Chapter. Her thirst for knowledge continues to drive her to explore newer ways of doing things and doing it differently with a customer first attitude.

Savitha is also a core believer of “Sharing is caring” and shares product management insights at various Product forums and pursuing visiting faculty role at Great Lakes Institute of Management for building the next gen of "Product Leaders". 

Aditi Jain

HR Director, Asia Pacific & Japan, Twilio

Aditi Jain is a global HR leader, passionate about solving talent and organizational problems, and currently leads the HR Business Partner function for Twilio, APJ. In this role, she drives collaborative partnerships across functions to promote belonging, support, purpose, and connection to help employees achieve their professional goals. She has over 14 years of living and working experience across US, China, Singapore and India with companies such as Amazon, Trilogy, Abbott Laboratories and now Twilio. She is also an active member of the Women@ ERG at Twilio in APJ

Jennifer Zhang

CEO & Co-Founder, WIZ Holdings Pte. Ltd

Jennifer Zhang is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of WIZ Holdings Pte.Ltd.

In 2019, Jennifer founded Wiz.AI with the vision of increasing accessibility and revolutionising the way humans interact with technology.

Under Jennifer’s leadership, Wiz.AI has raised a pre-Series A funding of S$6 million,led by GGV Capital together with Wavemaker Partners, ZWC Partners, Insignia Ventures, and Orion Fund.

Jennifer has a strong passion for technology and innovation. Prior to founding WIZ.AI, she co-founded PlusYoou, the most influential US-China entrepreneur community and platform in Southern California. Jennifer also managed two early-stage VC funds in Los Angeles and Beijing from 2016-2019.

In addition to her entrepreneurial and VC experience, Jennifer was also an active contributor for 36ker, Entrepreneur (China) and Techcrunch. She also produced a documentary, The Glory of Innovation, for CCTV. In 2017, Jennifer was named one of “AACYF Top 30 under 30” by the All America Chinese Youth Federation and LAPOST.

Jennifer holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree from Zhejiang University.

Attendees can be from all disciplines involved in building great products such as Product Management, Engineering, User Experience Content and Design, Product Analytics, Data Science and Program Management. The content will focus on unique challenges of pandemic and how to build an inclusive culture in building the next wave of Digital products.  In addition, the AWIT Exec Summit selection committee will be inviting a select group of outstanding AWIT community members who are on the cusp on transitioning into executive / leadership roles.

We anticipate having ~300 total guests who will be nominated from select leaders and organizations from the tech community, with engagement being driven via panels, lightning talks, and small-group discussions. This will both be an opportunity for our AWIT Ambassadors to network and provide each other with best practices for the most common challenges facing our product leaders today, as well as for NextGen leaders to foster mentoring relationships with our esteemed Ambassador community.
